Our clinic focuses on the medical management of patients with obesity and obesity related comorbidities.

Listed below is a referral intake form and the referral criteria.

Please note that we do not see patients outside of these referral criteria. Patients must be 16 years or older.

The clinic is run entirely by Internal Medicine Physicians.

Please note that FHO and FHG billings will not be affected.

This is an OHIP covered service.
